1. Access & Subscription

• Reseller receives digital access to Stellar Experts' curated product photos and resources for resale purposes.

• Subscription is paid monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled in writing 7 days before renewal.

2. Product Sales & Fulfillment

• Reseller sells items using Stellar's media on their platforms (TikTok, IG, website, etc.).

• After each confirmed sale, reseller submits the order details + payment to Stellar Experts.

• Stellar Experts fulfills the order directly to the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Reseller determines their own resale prices.

• Stellar Experts provides product cost prices and delivery charges.

• Items are shipped only after payment is received.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• No returns are accepted under any circumstances.

• Exchanges are allowed within 2 working days of delivery and only for size issues, subject to item availability.

5. Content Use & Brand Representation

• Reseller agrees to market all products as "runway-inspired," "boutique quality," or "luxury edit."

• Brand names must not be mentioned in captions, text overlays, hashtags, or voiceovers.

• Misrepresentation of items as original brands is a breach of this contract.

6. Termination

• Stellar Experts may terminate reseller access for non-compliance, delayed payments, or misuse of media.

• No refunds will be issued on terminated subscriptions.

7. Legal & Responsibility

• The Reseller operates independently and is solely responsible for customer service, sales activities, and any local tax obligations.

8. Website Subscription & Services

• All websites are developed and maintained by Stellar Experts and powered by Erosphere.

• Website subscriptions include a live website hosted and managed by Stellar Experts, based on the selected tier (Gold, Diamond and Platinum).

• The Platinum Plan includes monthly Shopify billing and premium site features.

• If a subscription is cancelled or downgraded, full platform access and login credentials will be transferred to the reseller to maintain business continuity.

• Monthly fees cover hosting, basic edits, catalog updates, and general site maintenance. Advanced changes (rebrands, structural redesigns, or third-party integrations) may incur extra charges.

• Stellar Experts is not liable for third-party platform outages, missed customer orders, or external billing issues.

Agreement

• By signing this agreement, the Reseller agrees to all the terms listed above.

• This agreement is governed under UAE jurisdiction.
